These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the paknew website, mobile-optimised platform, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by paknew ("we," "us," or "the Company").
paknew operates as an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting platform. The Platform is designed to serve users who access it in accordance with the laws applicable to their jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

2.1 Minimum Age. The paknew Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. We operate a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending KYC review, and any winnings may be forfeited in accordance with applicable licensing conditions.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the paknew Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or in the name of another person, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
2.3 Accurate Information. When registering your paknew account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process or during Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. You must update your account information promptly if any detail changes.
2.4 KYC Verification. paknew reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time, including but not limited to: national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
2.5 Jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the paknew Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. paknew makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Residents of certain restricted territories may be prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your paknew login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party, permit any other person to access your account, or use another person's account under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you believe your paknew account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify paknew support immediately at [email protected]. paknew will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested from your account. paknew is entitled to rely on any instruction received from your account as having been given by you.
3.4 Session Management. We strongly recommend that you log out of your paknew account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. paknew is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to log out or from leaving a session unattended.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. paknew accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). paknew does not charge a fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to your paknew wallet instantly or within a few minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on inter-bank processing times. paknew is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. paknew reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with notice to affected users.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering (AML) control measure. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. paknew reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on paknew are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). paknew does not currently support multi-currency wallets. Any funds deposited in a currency other than PKR may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, which paknew does not guarantee.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. paknew operates in compliance with international AML standards. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may be flagged for review and reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to freeze accounts and hold funds pending the outcome of any AML investigation.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by paknew are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that particular offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded to paknew accounts are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. paknew operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using bonus funds to place matched, hedged, or low-risk bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; and coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus balance voided, winnings forfeited, and access to future promotions permanently restricted.
5.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered paknew account holders only. paknew reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to users who have opted into that promotion.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the paknew sportsbook and casino platform are subject to paknew's acceptance. paknew reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet exceeds applicable stake limits, where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where paknew has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity.
6.2 Odds and Markets. Odds displayed on the paknew Platform are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. A bet is not accepted until you receive a written confirmation from the Platform. In the event of a manifest error in the odds or market data, paknew reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
6.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets on paknew are subject to additional rules, including potential suspension of markets during key match events (wickets, boundaries, penalties). The settlement of in-play bets will be governed by the official result as reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches).
6.4 Settlement of Bets. Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by paknew using data from recognised official sources. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, paknew's decision, made in good faith based on available information, shall be final.
6.5 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by paknew in circumstances including: event cancellation or abandonment; market suspension due to a technical fault; incorrect odds resulting from a data feed error; or evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns. Voided bet stakes will be returned to the player's paknew wallet.
6.6 Casino Games. All casino games on the paknew Platform, including slots, live dealer tables, and arcade-style games, are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. RNG-based game outcomes are certified by independent third-party testing agencies. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the paknew Platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may be immediately suspended, with all balances frozen pending investigation:

9.1 Ownership. All content on the paknew Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, game interfaces, software, audio clips, and data compilations, is the property of paknew or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Permitted Use. paknew grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Platform; use paknew's trademarks or brand assets without prior written consent; or reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform's software.
9.3 User Content. Where you submit any content to paknew, including through support communications or feedback mechanisms, you grant paknew a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and adapt that content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform.
10.1 No Warranty. The paknew Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. paknew makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. We do not warrant that the Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, paknew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 Force Majeure. paknew shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond paknew's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, power outages, or cyber-attacks.
10.4 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, paknew's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your paknew account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 Termination by You. You may close your paknew account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
11.2 Termination by paknew. paknew reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where: you have breached any provision of these Terms; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; we are required to do so by a competent authority or in compliance with our licensing obligations; or the continuation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account by either party, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which paknew holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through paknew's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
paknew's internal dispute resolution process requires that all complaints be submitted in writing to [email protected]. paknew will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt. If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome of paknew's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority as identified on the Platform.
paknew reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, paknew will provide reasonable notice to registered users, which may be given by posting a notice on the Platform, by email to your registered address, or by an in-app notification. Your continued use of the paknew Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.
